As part of our continued effort to create a comfortable environment for our guests, we kindly ask you to be aware of the measures written below as you book your stay at Nozomi no Mura:
– Should your home prefecture request its residents to refrain from traveling between prefectures, we kindly ask you to postpone booking until these restrictions have been lifted.
– As we have been doing until now, houses will be cleaned, ventilated and maintained after having been in use. We however ask you to be aware that as a ministry we are not able to disinfect our accommodations after each stay.
– Disinfectant sprays will be provided in each house as well as the main building to use at your convenience. Please disinfect areas or surfaces of concern before and after use.
– During your stay at Nozomi no Mura we kindly ask you to wash your hands and ventilate your accommodation adequately.
– We kindly ask you to bring your own towels (including for the use in the lavatory) as well as kitchen towels.
– If you are using the main building B1 for assemblies, meetings, etc., please disinfect areas or surfaces of concern before and after use. Disinfectant sprays are available in the building. We advise to limit gatherings in the main building to a maximum of 20 people in order to ensure sufficient social distancing.
– If you are using the main building B1’s kitchen, please disinfect areas or surfaces of concern before and after use.
– In case of (possible) infection during/after your stay, please contact us immediately.
These measures are subject to further adaption as well as change upon short notice as we continue to strive to follow the guidelines issued by the municipal’s and/or prefecture’s leadership.
